She started painting street people in 2013, and it has since become a recurring theme, as the human figure holds a central place in her art. “Meeting Points” is a summary of this theme that has been evolving for 11 years. Among the unique, individual pieces, she began to find connections and similarities, and like a jigsaw puzzle, she assembled them into larger works or painted them unchanged on a larger scale. The characters in the paintings are everyday people, depicted in a stylized manner, with whom anyone can easily connect. This theme speaks to everyone, addressing each person individually.
