Description:
The lyrical image, created using the ecoprint technique on an old tablecloth, is glued onto a canvas painted black.
“The red flowers of rebirth sprouted from the black soil of death to reach toward the Sun, only to wither away again, and then for everything to begin anew. The cycle of life and its sometimes aimless struggle are depicted in a single image symbolized by a herbaceous plant.”
The above quote is from an article by Orsolya Mácsadi: https://artlimes.hu/cikk?id=1485
This painting won the grand prize at the Kuny Domonkos Museum’s 12th “Grotta/Cave” exhibition in 2024.
